Response Reason Code: 2 - Please check the information entered and try your order agian, if you receive another Response Reason Code 2 then call the number on the back of your credit card.

Notes: This transaction has been declined.

Response Reason Code: 27 - Please check the BILLING address your bank has on file.

Notes: The transaction resulted in an AVS mismatch. The address provided does not match BILLING address of cardholder.

Response Reason Code: 45 - Please check the CVV2 - 3-Digit Security Code on back of credit card and the BILLING address your bank has on file.

Notes: This error would be returned if the transaction received a code from the processor that matched the rejection criteria set by the merchant for both the AVS and CVV2 Card Code filters.

Response Reason Code: 65 - Please check the CVV2 - 3-Digit Security Code on back of credit card.

Notes: The transaction was declined because the merchant configured their account through the Merchant Interface to reject transactions with certain values for a Card Code mismatch.

If you are confident that everything is fine with your card, please take the following steps to resolve and complete your transaction:

1. Please re-enter your credit card number, expiration date and CVV2 (3-Digit Security Code on back of credit card) even if you feel it was entered correctly before. With 16 numbers or more on a credit card, it is easy to make a typo…

2. The BILLING address entered must match the BILLING address on file with the issuing bank of your credit card company. Even if you are shipping to a different location, you will need to have matching BILLING information on your order.

3. If you have entered all the information correctly and continue to get a decline, we highly suggest calling your issuing bank and requesting the reason for the decline.
