LadyQuarters.com accepts all major credit cards including MasterCard, Visa, American Express & Discover. We also accept Checkout by Amazon, PayPal, Google Checkout, Check and/or Money Order.
Personal Checks & Money Orders are accepted. Payment must be received before order is processed for shipment. Also, if ordering from the State of Illinois, you’ll need to include sales tax, currently 10.50% of total order.

Domestic Shipping:
LadyQuarters.com ships anywhere within the USA and surrounding territories. Our flat rate of $7.95 is valid for all 48 Continental states, and APO/FPO addresses. Orders being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and US territories including Puerto Rico, Guam and other Caribbean locations will be subject to additional charges and longer delivery times.
Shipping to these states may increase the delivery time up to 2 business days:
Connecticut, Hawaii, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Nevada, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Washington D.C. and Wisconsin
LadyQuarters.com ships via UPS, FedEx and USPS depending on shipping address. \
International Shipping:
LadyQuarters.com will attempt to ship anywhere in the world given that our one of our carriers is able to provide service to the shipping address listed on the order. International orders are shipped via Fed Ex International or USPS International Priority. Tracking and/or Customs Numbers are provided by email the date order ships.
International Orders are billed at $35.95 at the time of purchase and billed the difference, if any, on the date of shipment. If applicable, International Customers are responsible for all duties and taxes, including value added tax, duties and/or brokerage fees. LadyQuarters.com cannot determine these fees in advance although we are able to provide a general quote for shipping cost before order is placed.
International orders are subject to address verification and/or any other method to verify billing and shipping information is correct. In order to prevent fraud, suspicious order activity will be reported to proper authorities.
Please note that International Orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Processing Time & Backordered Merchandise:
Orders are typically processed within 1 business day although, depending on availability, can take up to 3 business days. If an item is currently on backorder or has been discontinued, a representative will contact you via email or by phone to offer a substitute or remove item(s) from invoice. We will wait 5 business days for a response before shipping out what is available or canceling the entire order.

LadyQuarters.com expects that you’ll be happy with your shopping experience and the quality of our merchandise, however, if you need to return all or part of your order please follow the steps below.
· Send email to Returns@LadyQuarters.com with your order number in Subject Line
· Specify which items from your order you would like to return or exchange
· State reason for Return
Exchange Orders:
In order to exchange for a different style, size or color, please follow the same process listed above for Returns. There are two available options to exchange, Standard or Expedited. Details below…
· Standard Exchange: Send back merchandise and we’ll ship exchange item(s) on receipt of return
· Expedited Exchange: Place a new order for merchandise, shipped immediately. Send back original item(s) for a refund.
Please read details for Return or Exchange Requests:
· Merchandise must not be worn, washed or damaged to be valid for Return or Exchange
· Merchandise must be in original packaging including tags.
· Products must be received within 30 days from the date of shipment.
· Customer must include a copy of receipt issued the day of purchase so we’re able to identify return.
· If you receive damaged merchandise or are missing item(s), you must notify LadyQuarters.com within 7 days. You can visit the same link provided above and note that merchandise was damaged or missing.
· Refunds are processed within 1-2 billing cycles after we receive merchandise.
· You can choose a store credit or we will automatically issue a refund to the credit/debit card used for original purchase.
· Shipping is Non-Refundable.
